About my repair company
MY STORY
With over 15 years of experience and training as residential, industrial and commercial maintenance, I provide a wide range of services including light carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, drywall repairs, automotive and more. I have worked as maintenance for residential and commercial properties, various different oil field locations, commercial and residential buildings, hotels, restaurants, mobile homes and apartment complexs. Not all repair needs are "textbook" and I specialize in unique solutions. I will do what is needed to finish the job to your satisfaction.
WHAT I DO
I repair holes in drywall, plumbing such as toilet and faucet replacement, door repair and replacement, broken tile replacement, interior light fixtures and receptacles, small paint projects, shelving install and repair, TV wall mounting, demolition, I also do dump runs, yard cleanup, railing repair. Some wood furniture restoration/ repair, you need help with something like changing a flat tire I will be there.

I understand the importance of having a repair professional you can rely on. I am more than just a "handyman", I am a maintenance and repair specialist. I have been in the maintenance and repair industry for many years. Our team is always punctual, professional, and respectful of your property. I have been osha, msha and heavy equipment trained throughout the years, perfect safety record, drug, alcohol and cigarette free, licensed thru the state of wyoming and insured. My insurance also covers multi tenant buldings such as apartments or hotels.
AFFORDABLE RATES
Here at Mike's Maintenance I believe that everyone deserves access to quality maintenance and repair services at a fair price. That's why I offer competitive rates. I have a set minimum of 25 an hour. However, I know that all jobs will be different based off of what needs done, what materials are needed and how long it will take. I am fully insured, licensed and trained. If needed, I will work with you on what you can afford and getting the job done.
