About my repair company
About Me
I have 20 years of experience and training as residential, industrial and commercial maintenance, I am a maintenance and repair specialist not a "handyman", although i can also do anything the other local "handyman" companies do. I have worked as maintenance for residential and commercial properties, various different oil field companies, commercial and residential buildings, hotels and mobile homes. I have worked on everything from apartments to multi-million dollar houses all around Natrona County with pre and post sales repairs.
WHAT I DO
I provide a wide range of services including light carpentry, plumbing such as sink and toilet installation and repair, electrical work including receptacle or fixture change outs, cabinets and countertop installs, drywall repairs, personalized house aesthetics including fireplace white washing, lighting changes and more. I do rental and move out "trashouts", broken tile replacement, paint projects, shelving install and repair, demolition, I also do dump runs, yard cleanup, General maintenance and repair for residential, rentals, hospitality and commercial locations and more.

I understand the importance of having a maintenance and repair professional you can rely on. I have been in the maintenance and repair industry for many years. I am always punctual, professional, and respectful of your property. I have been osha, msha and heavy equipment trained throughout the years, perfect safety record, drug, alcohol and cigarette free, licensed and insured. My insurance also covers multi tenant buldings such as apartments or hotels.
AFFORDABLE RATES
I believe that everyone deserves access to quality maintenance and repair services at a fair price. That's why I offer competitive rates. I have a set minimum of 30 an hour. However, I know that all jobs will be different based off of what needs done, what materials are needed and how long it will take. If needed, I will work with you on what you can afford and getting the job done.
There are a few services that I only charge 25 an hour for as I do have the training and knowledge but would like more experience with.
